Ingredients

2 oz Open Coast Gin
1/2 oz Maraschino
3/4 oz Yuzu Juice
1/4 oz Creme De Violette

Directions

1. In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds
3. Double strain cocktail, using hawthorne and fine strainer,
into cocktail glass or coupes glass.
4. Add two or three drops of Olive Oil for garnish.
