The Bad Beet


1.5 oz Open Coast Gin

1.5 oz Beet shrub

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz Maple syrup

Top up with soda water


  1. In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
  2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds
  3. Double strain cocktail, using hawthorne and fine strainer, into cocktail glass with fresh ice in it
  4. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig
