Spearmint Clover Club
Ingredients
Cocktail:
- 2 oz Open Coast Gin
- 1 oz Spearmint Infused Raspberry Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 egg white
- Fresh Raspberries & Spearmint
Syrup:
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Bunch of Spearmint
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Water
Details:
Glassware: Serve in cocktail glass or coupes glass
Method: Shake and double strain
Ice: Served straight up
Garnish: Spearmint & Fresh Raspberry
Directions
Cocktail Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in shaker and WET SHAKE (with ice) vigorously for approximately 15 seconds.
- Remove ice from shaker and shake until frothy (15 secs)
- Double Strain into your favourite coupe Glass
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry and Spearmint
Syrup Instructions:
- In a pan, bring the sugar and water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 min.
- Remove from heat & add the raspberries. Let the raspberries steep for at least one hour.
- Return the pan back to the heat on low, and add the spearmint.
- Let the spearmint steep for 30 minutes. Strain, and store syrup in a sealable container.
