2 oz Open Coast Gin
4 oz Grapefruit Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
1 tsp Caraway Seeds

Glassware: Serve in collins glass
Method: Shake and strain
Ice: Served with ice
Garnish: Grapefruit slice

Directions

1. Add simple syrup and caraway seeds to the shaker tin.
2. Muddle ingredients.
3. Add grapefruit juice and gin.
4. Add ice and shake until the contents are combined and chilled. About 15 seconds.
5. Double strain into a salt rim cocktail glass with ice.
6. Give a stir. Garnish with grapefruit slices and enjoy!
