2 oz Open Coast Gin

1 oz dry vermouth

Pearl onions

Edible luster dust


  1. First, create your pearls by dabbing excess moisture off cocktail onions and dusting with edible luster dust
  2. Add Open Coast Gin and dry vermouth to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir to chill
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass, then garnish with onion pearls
