1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Campari
3/4 oz White Miso-Ginger Syrup
3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 1/2 oz Tonic Water

Garnish: Fresh Grapefruit Slice

White Miso-Ginger Syrup Ingredients:
1 oz white miso paste
4 oz ginger, peeled and chopped
16 oz hot water
8 oz sugar

Directions

Cocktail Directions:
Combine all ingredients except tonic water in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice.

White Miso-Ginger Syrup Directions:
On the stovetop, combine the sugar and water together and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Let cool. Once cool, blend the simple syrup with miso paste and ginger.
Strain the syrup, package, label, and date.
