1 oz Open Coast Gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1-2 tbsp fig jam
Prosecco to top


  1. Combine Open Coast Gin, lemon juice, fig jam, and ice in a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake ingredients for 30 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is completely chilled
  3. Strain into a champagne flute. We recommend using a fine mesh strainer
  4. Top off with prosecco and garnish with a cranberry skewer
