Gin Fizz


2 oz Open Coast Gin
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white (approx 1/2 oz)
Club soda to top
3-4 ice cubes


  1. To a cocktail shaker add the Open Coast Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously without ice for 15 – 20 seconds
  2. Open the shaker and add 3 to 4 ice cubes, close the shaker and shake again vigorously until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled highball or Collins glass. We recommend double straining
  4. Top club soda
