Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Open Coast Gin
  • 0.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash of Orange Bitters
  • 3 oz Sparkling Wine

Directions

  1. In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients
  2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds
  3. Double strain cocktail, using hawthorne and fine strainer, into champagne flute
  4. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon peel
