Aperol Gin Sour


1 oz Open Coast Gin

 1.5 oz Aperol

1 oz lemon juice

.75 oz simple syrup

1 oz aquafaba

Edible flowers for garnish


  1. Add Open Coast Gin, Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup and aquafaba to shaker. Dry shake, then add ice and shake again to chill
  2. Double strain into a coupe glass
  3. Garnish with edible flowers
