Aperol Gin Sour
Ingredients
1 oz Open Coast Gin
1.5 oz Aperol
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 oz aquafaba
Edible flowers for garnish
Directions
- Add Open Coast Gin, Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup and aquafaba to shaker. Dry shake, then add ice and shake again to chill
- Double strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with edible flowers
