Ingredients

1½ oz Open Coast Gin

1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth

½ oz Cocchi Americano

Lemon twist, for garnish

Ice

Directions

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Add the Open Coast Gin, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, and Cocchi Americano.

Stir well for 20–30 seconds until thoroughly chilled and diluted.

Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a round ice cube.

Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the drink before serving.
