1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz cranberry syrup
1/2 oz rosemary syrup
Top with soda

Method: Shake
Ice: Served over crushed ice
Garnish: Cranberries and a rosemary sprig

Directions
1. Add the gin, lemon juice, cranberry syrup, and rosemary syrup to a shaker tin.
2. Fill with ice and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a champagne glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Top with soda and garnish with cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
Syrup Recipes — Cranberry & Rosemary
1. Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a pot. Add 1 cup cranberries or 3–4 rosemary sprigs.
2. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
3. Simmer for 8–10 minutes (cranberries will burst, or the rosemary will gently infuse).
4. Strain, cool, and store in the fridge.
