Spearmint Clover Club

Ingredients

Cocktail:

  • 2 oz Open Coast Gin
  • 1 oz Spearmint Infused Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Fresh Raspberries & Spearmint

Syrup:

  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Bunch of Spearmint
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Details:
Glassware: Serve in cocktail glass or coupes glass
Method: Shake and double strain
Ice: Served straight up
Garnish: Spearmint & Fresh Raspberry

Directions

Cocktail Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker and WET SHAKE (with ice) vigorously for approximately 15 seconds.
  2. Remove ice from shaker and shake until frothy (15 secs)
  3. Double Strain into your favourite coupe Glass
  4. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and Spearmint

Syrup Instructions:

  1. In a pan, bring the sugar and water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 min.
  2. Remove from heat & add the raspberries. Let the raspberries steep for at least one hour.
  3. Return the pan back to the heat on low, and add the spearmint.
  4. Let the spearmint steep for 30 minutes. Strain, and store syrup in a sealable container.
