Ingredients

• 1 oz Open Coast Gin
• 1 oz Strawberry Infused Campari
• 1 oz Sweet vermouth

Directions

1. In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients
2. Fill with ice and stir 20-30 times
3. Strain cocktail with hawthorne strainer into old fashioned glass with fresh ice in it
4. Garnish with a fresh orange peel, expressing the oils over the cocktail

Strawberry Infused Campari
Wash, dry, hull, and halve strawberries. In a large jar, combine strawberries with Campari. Reserve the bottle and refrigerate or store in a cool, dark place for a week, shaking daily. Strain out the strawberries and return the Campari to the bottle. It will keep indefinitely, but for best flavor, use within a few months.
