Ingredients

• 2.5 oz Open Coast Gin
• 1 oz Dry vermouth
• 2 Dashes of orange bitters
• A few drops of saline*
• Lemon twist for garnish

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients in a cold mixing glass filled with ice until chilled, about 30 seconds
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
3. Spritz oils from the lemon twist over the martini, then garnish

 

*To make saline, stir 1 teaspoon sea salt in 1 oz water until dissolved.
